1. Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Some items may not be eligible for return. These include card singles, and card packs.
2. Timeframe:
- You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
3. How to Initiate a Return:
- To initiate a return, a valid proof of purchase in the form of a receipt is required.
- Returns must be made in person at the Final Boss Games location.
4. Refund or Store Credit:
We offer two options for eligible returns:
- Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Store Credit: Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit for the value of your return.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item or arrange for a replacement
6. Sale Items:
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
