We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Final Boss Games. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure that your return meets the criteria.

1. Eligibility:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
• Some items may not be eligible for return. These include card singles, and card packs.

2. Timeframe:

• You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

3. How to Initiate a Return:

• To initiate a return, a valid proof of purchase in the form of a receipt is required.
• Returns must be made in person at the Final Boss Games location. 

 4. Refund or Store Credit:

We offer two options for eligible returns:

• Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
• Store Credit: Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit for the value of your return.

 5. Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item or arrange for a replacement

 6. Sale Items:

• Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
